Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the Kepler platform, a company registered in Uganda.

1. About Kepler

Kepler supports workflows for construction projects, CBS, home services, vehicle and equipment hire, and property-related services.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate details and are responsible for OTPs, login access and activities under their account.

3. Requests, quotes and orders

A request or RFQ does not become binding until Kepler or an authorised party confirms the quote, booking, order, milestone or dispatch.

4. Payments

Payments must use official Kepler details shown in the app or invoice. Proof may require admin confirmation before fulfilment continues.

5. Points, vouchers and promotions

Rewards may be subject to eligibility, limits, expiry and admin verification. Kepler may correct errors or reverse abuse.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Kepler is not liable for indirect losses, third-party delays, user error or network/payment processor failures.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.

8. Account Suspension

Kepler may suspend, restrict or terminate access where fraud, abuse, payment manipulation, misuse of rewards, unlawful activity, false information, or misuse of the platform is detected.

9. Platform Availability

Kepler aims to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, payment provider issues, internet failures and force majeure events may affect service availability.
