Payments

• Pay only through official Kepler invoice or checkout details.
• Always include the correct payment reference.
• Do not pay personal accounts claiming to represent Kepler.

Vehicles and equipment

• Confirm quote, payment and dispatch readiness before mobilisation.
• Inspect vehicle or equipment where applicable.
• Follow PPE, site rules and operator safety instructions.

Projects and visits

Use agreed scope, documented milestones, site access rules and in-app tracking. Report suspicious or unsafe activity to Kepler.

Emergency Reporting

Users should immediately report unsafe conditions, fraud attempts, payment scams, security concerns, or incidents involving Kepler services.
